Oral Sedation

With oral sedation, you will be given a mild narcotic in either pill or liquid form for rapid absorption. This method will put you into a relaxed state for a relatively short duration. You’ll be free from anxiety for your procedure, but the effects should wear off soon afterward. Our staff will closely monitor your vital signs the entire time. Please make sure you have an adult present to accompany you home.

Laughing Gas

Feeling anxious about your dental visit? Don’t let your discomfort keep you from getting regular dental care. Our licensed sedation dentists can administer laughing gas, to help your relax. A mask will be placed over your nose, and you will be instructed to breathe normally. The gas can be easily controlled by the dentist to ensure you get just the right amount of sedation, and remain relaxed throughout your procedure. Unlike other forms of sedation, laughing gas quickly wears off. Most patients are able to drive home once the procedure is complete.
