I wanted to say thanks again to your team for the extremely professional and prompt response to my issue. Upon contacting your office late in the afternoon today with a broken lower retainer, I was greeted professionally and even reached out to her team to make an appointment for the same day.
Dr. Conti was amazing. Not only did she remove the problem area but also recommended solutions to prevent future issues. She is truly a professional.
All of this was done nearly for free (same day late afternoon appointment, x-rays, consultation, and retainer removal). The practice stayed after their closing time to accommodate my request. How many companies today have this work ethic -customer service strategy to accommodate these types of requests?
Your office has some of the best customer service personnel I have encountered in quite awhile. I have a team of employees I would be elated if they possessed these skills. These are truly the skills that bring back repeat customers.
